I forgot my password! How can I get a new password?
Answer:
On our login page, please click on FORGOT and follow the instructions.
Fill in the template incl. your email address and your new password. Then click on “SUBMIT”.
You will receive an email with a link included automatically. It will be sent to your alternative email address that you saved in your personal data. Open this message and confirm your new password by clicking the included link.
After that you will be linked to an easy.LA webpage that confirms your new password.
I cannot generate a new password because I did not enter an „alternative email address“. How can I get a new password?
Answer:
If we cannot reach you via an alternative email address then you will have to send an email to easy.LA support with the subject “PASSWORD CHANGE” incl. the following informations:
- your name and surname
- your date of birth
- your full address
- your easy.LA email address
- the (approx.) date of your last login
The personals details must match with the details you entered during your easy.LA registration! Within 24 hours (PRO) and 48 hours (BASIC), you will receive an email with your new password.
If the details do not match, the easy.LA support team is inable to send you a new password!
Warning: Any easy.LA email address that has not been used in the past 6 months will be available for others to register after a grace period. (Please see easy.LA terms & conditions for further details)!What types of payment are accepted?
Payment via credit card (Online)
Payment via credit card can be done with American Express, VISA, VISA Delta, VISA Purchasing, LASER and MASTERCARD. The online payment will be handled by our payment partner RBS WorldPay. RBS WorldPay offers you transaction confirmations and email receipts! PRO services will be activated immediately after payment.
Easily & Safely with PayPal
With PayPal, you choose how to pay online. Use your bank account, credit card, or PayPal balance.PRO services will be activated immediately after payment and within the next 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal stating that your payment has been accepted by the come2city AG.
Payment via bank transfer
PRO Mailboxes can be paid via bank transfer to one of our accounts.
PRO services will be activated 2-3 days after payment receipt.
Other payment types
In exceptional cases, a payment via bank check can be done in coordination with the easy.LA accounting team.
Subdomain? What is it?
Your easy.LA email address is also belonging to a domain (internet address).
The domain is a so-called subdomain and it is the same as your email address, except one small difference:
instead of the @-sign it has a single dot.
An example:
my@messenger.la is an email address
and
http://www.my.messenger.la is the belonging subdomain.
Just check it out and type your easy.LA email address as internet address in your browser! It's easy!
How to edit the profile page at my subdomain?
First of all it is necessary that you have the easy.LA Messenger software installed and that you registered the messenger software and login with your easy.LA email address and your easy.LA password.
The easy.LA Messenger software can be downloaded at your user account. Without installing the software you are not able to publish a contact profile at your subdomain!
Login at your easy.LA Messenger and choose "File > My Profiles > Contact Page Profile" from the Messenger menu bar and click "Configure profile".
If you check this settings for the first time you need to click "Create your contact page now". Afterwards you can edit all functions of your contact profile by click the checkboxes on or off.
Do not forget to save your changes!
